Test DeMarini Bats at the IMR Athletics Fall Bat Tour Event

For baseball and fastpitch softball players looking to test new bats, DeMarini has partnered with IMR Athletics to host a baseball bat and softball bat demo day on Sunday, December 17 at 10 Southland Drive, Lynnwood, Illinois 60411. IMR Athletics, a destination for elite athletes in all sports to access performance training with professional strength and conditioning specialist Jason Griffin, features 40,000 square feet of athletic training space. The IMR Athletics DeMarini Fall Bat Tour event, taking place from 1-4pm CT on December 17, is a public event on DeMarini’s 2023 Fall Bat Tour.

The December 17 bat demo event is open to the public and will feature a wide range of DeMarini baseball bats and DeMarini fastpitch softball bats for players to test in the IMR Athletics batting cages. High school and college players will have the opportunity to test BBCOR baseball bats like the DeMarini Voodoo One, DeMarini The Goods, DeMarini Zoa and more. Advanced travel ball players can attend the event to test out DeMarini USSSA bats like the DeMarini Zoa and DeMarini The Goods. Fastpitch softball players who attend the IMR Athletics Fall Bat Tour event can test softball bats like the DeMarini Whisper, DeMarini CF and DeMarini Prism+ in a variety of sizes and lengths to find the perfect bat for their swing.

During the IMR Athletics Fall Bat Tour event on December 17, representatives from DeMarini will use Pocket Radar devices to identify exit velocities with each bat. After testing out the assortment of DeMarini bats, players can identify the ideal bat to purchase based on feel and performance. To help players find the best bat for their swing, DeMarini experts will be available to offer advice and recommendations tailored to each athlete.

Throughout the day, DeMarini will host a variety of giveaways for players at the event. Attendees will also be able to purchase EvoShield Gel-to-Shell® Technology guards on site, and gear experts from EvoShield will be available to help players fit their custom-molding gear. EvoShield batter’s protective elbow guards and leg guards, made with Gel-to-Shell® Technology, form to the player’s body for a custom fit. EvoShield experts at the event can answer questions about the gear and its benefits. Wilson fielding gloves will also be available to see and purchase at the event.

Event host and IMR Athletics founder Jason Griffin has over a dozen years of experience training amateur and professional athletes across a variety of sports. Griffin, an EvoShield Ambassador, offers offers strength training, team workouts and more at his Lynwood facility. IMR Athletics apparel will be available for purchase during the public Fall Bat Tour event.
